The Norwegian Dark, Black Epic Metal band ENDEZZMA was founded in 2006 by the frontman M. Shax. Soon after, M. Shax was joined by another notorious frontman, Trondr Nefas from the Norwegian outcasts of Urgehal. Together, they established a stronghold of hungry, experienced Norwegian musicians and made several international appearances across Europe before they released their highly acclaimed underground epic, "ALONE." Endezzma quickly made a name for themselves in the metal scene as a mean, diabolical force to be reckoned with, a band forging their unique path.
Endezzma fuses old atmospheres with eerie, seductive modern compositions, creating what many consider to be first-class, sublime nekro requiems. Their debut full-length album, "Erotik Nekrosis," was released in 2012. Unfortunately, the same year marked the passing of Trondr Nefas (R.I.P). After his death, a natural void appeared in the band, but M. Shax managed to find a new core for the group and continue their journey through unexplored, mystical, dark fields.
The "Arcane Abyss" album received exceptional reviews from the metal scene, earning top scores in the Norwegian metal press, such as Metal Hammer, as well as in the international press. With their new, talented, and experienced lineup, Endezzma quickly gained a reputation as a highly remarkable and intense live act. Their brutal, fierce, yet aesthetically mystical approach proved that they were masters in both musical and live performance arenas.
In 2021, the band released their third album, "The Archer, Fjord, and The Thunder." This album pushed the band into new epic territories with its remarkably strong material and mystical world of stellar darkness, featuring mythical outcasts and characters. The album was meticulously worked on, mixed, and mastered by Tore Stjerna at Necromorbus Studio in Stockholm, known for his outstanding work on late Watain and Mayhem albums.
Endezzma has solidified its place in the metal scene as one of the most energetic and intense live acts, driven by their passion and ravenous sonic hunger. Currently, Endezzma is in the studio recording their fourth album, set to be released in 2024. Get ready for an epic energy that will ignite the night!
